Aderemi Yinka is a real estate professional with a passion for shaping spaces and adding value to the built environment. He is the CEO and founder of Yinkad Consults and Yinka Aderemi & Associates, where he leads a team focused on property valuation, real estate advisory, and development consulting.

Yinka’s journey in the industry started at the grassroots — from managing construction sites at the Zamfara State Urban and Regional Planning Board, to valuing properties at Ismail and Partners, and working as an estate surveyor with Jide Taiwo & Co, one of Nigeria’s most respected real estate firms. These early roles grounded him in the practical realities of the profession and gave him a well-rounded perspective on Nigeria’s property landscape.

His academic background is equally solid. He studied Estate Management and Valuation at Federal Polytechnic, Ede, and went on to further his education at Federal University of Technology, Akure, and Nasarawa State University, Keffi. These institutions shaped both his technical skills and his leadership approach.
